北海裝配鉗工招聘

1. Follow the processing instruction to carry out the rotor unit、drum and gear box overhaul, test run, balancing, disassembly and reassembly of bearing housing, complete the assignment at high quality according to instructions and drawings, keep allocated 5S area in order.
按工作要求進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)子總成、轉(zhuǎn)轂和齒輪箱的大修，測試，拆裝軸承座等；根據(jù)工藝及圖紙要求，保質(zhì)保量完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，按要求做好責(zé)任區(qū)5S工作。
2. Know the cleaning process, handle the cleaning equipment. Learn the structure and function of parts during cleaning, protect the crucial plane.
能夠正確使用清洗設(shè)備，在清洗部件過程中，了解零配件的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能，保護(hù)零配件關(guān)鍵面。
3. Hold the related certificate to fulfill welding and cutting process，and make sure the safety about the oneself and the parts.
在電焊氣割過程中，應(yīng)持證操作，熟悉焊接工件，能夠選擇正確的焊接方法，正確使用電焊設(shè)備，保護(hù)自己安全和工件的安全。
4. Familiar with the crane operation and the lifting.
熟悉行車基本操作吊裝經(jīng)驗(yàn).
5. Fitter skills and experience, safety consciousness, during the maintenance process to analysis the risk identification and take measures to control risk.
具有鉗工技能與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，施工安全意識，對機(jī)械維修安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別與控制；
6. Quality control awareness, basic inspection skill;
具有質(zhì)量控制意識，具備基本維修件的基本檢驗(yàn)的技能；
7. Report CISS to improve work efficiency, quality and reduce cost.
工作中積極匯報(bào)持續(xù)改善建議，提高工作效率和質(zhì)量，降低工作成本。
8. Report any abnormal events in time, work together to create a safety working environment.

崗位要求：
1.Got the related certification, intermediate technology level, at least 1year related working experience.
一年以上機(jī)械維修及裝配經(jīng)驗(yàn)，中級技術(shù)水平，有漿廠的設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2. Have the teamwork spirit, learning skill, work seriously, emotional control.
團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，良好學(xué)習(xí)能力，工作認(rèn)真，良好的情緒控制。
3. Basic mechanical knowledge, good English reading and writing ability, especially the repair data and the drawing.
具備基本機(jī)械常識和英文讀寫能力，尤其看懂英文維修資料與圖紙。
