To create high performance team to attain business goals and realize the sustainable development of corporate, leads building and running effective human resources management and service system and process by adhering to the Labor Laws of People’s Republic of China and the Ethical Principles of Cummins. Coordinates the business or functional resources to choose the right talents, cultivates and inspires talent potential, retains key talents; facilitates building right work environment and corporate responsibility, promotes organizational change and innovation; provide administrative support and services for stakeholders.

2. QUALIFICATION任職資格:
Education受教育水平:
University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
人力資源、商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或同等學(xué)歷。
Experiences工作經(jīng)驗:
Over 7 years experiences in HR field with 3 years experiences as a HR&A leader, or equivalent experience.
7年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗及3年以上人力資源及行政團隊管理經(jīng)驗,或擁有同等工作經(jīng)驗。

- Familiar to labor law of PRC熟悉《中華人民共和國勞動法》
- Master Organization Design精通組織設(shè)計方法
- Master Workforce Planning 精通人力規(guī)劃
- Master Succession Planning 精通繼任者計劃
